Overview of the IT interview process

Basically the interview process consists of two/three rounds of interviews. Most often the HR team conduct the first interview as scheduled by the career management. The second round interview is conducted usually a few days to a week after the first round.



1st Round Interviews
The first round interview is a single 45-60 minute interview. This interview include a fit portion and a case. The interview may be conducted by one or two of company's HR consultants.
2nd Round Interviews
The second round interview consists of distinct sections. Each candidate will participate in a ~45 minute fit interview, a ~45 minute business knowledge interview and a final case that includes a presentation. The second round interviews will be conducted by consultants, including members of the management team.
