How much salary do you expect?
Being a fresher, right now my focus is on enhancing my skills and knowledge. But I hope I will get a salary package as per your company norms and definitely it will satisfy my economical needs.As your company is a big name and will be helpful in enhancing my career growth and skills, I don't want to put a particular figure. I expect a decent salary that will justify my abilities and as per your company's norms. After judge my output, You decide what should be my Salary.
This is a great opportunity and this a big platform to continue my career. In such process, as a fresher I'm not supposed to expect more than your limitations and its not wise for me to demand salary by saying particular amount. Sir, Before answering to your question I would like to ask you with your kind permission what salary you provide to new entrants in your organization at this level.
(Please don't negotiate in technical round. Please negotiate this in HR round only. At the end we work for money. If our first requirement will fulfill I will not get second thought about work). Yes. I am expecting this question. I have acquired sound knowledge and worked in different area to put me in this place. I have certain commitments towards my personal & professional life such I want longer commitment toward one company. Personally I don't believe package system. There isn't room for growth with my current employer and I'm ready to move on to a new challenge.I've decided that is not the direction I want to go in my career and my current employer has no opportunities in the direction I'd like to head.
